AOR? Pomp rock? Or "plain" hard rock? In any case, Sweden's The Night Flight Orchestra were an instant sensation with their 2012 debut "Internal affairs." Nobody - nobody! - in modern times had so impeccably captured the spirit of 70's and 80s cinematic radio rock. In 2025, the band adds their seventh album, "Give us the moon", to their ever-growing list of successes, and return to SRF to provide the best possible setting for hits like "Domino", "Satellite" and "West Ruth Ave." Stellar vocalist Björn "Speed" Strid (Soilwork) and legendary bassist Sharlee D'Angelo (Arch Enemy, ex-Mercyful Fate) being the obvious focal points.
