They started out as Universe, the makers of the 1985 cult classic "Universe": a Swedish milestone in melodic hard rock. Their next album only arrived in 2018, under the monicker Universe Infinity. But their 2024 third album, like the band called "Universe III", is what has made their career take off for real. Touring with Saxon and Girlschool has led to an ever-growing number of listeners discovering the sublimely well-crafted songs of Universe III, their tight-knit live performances and, of course, the powerful voice and persona of Andreas Eklund.
